Live Guest Illustrations
How Does It Work?
Phase 1
Mehar arrives 30 minuets before the event begins. Once everyone starts to trickle in, she takes a quick photograph of the guests, and they can return to the party.
Phase 2
All 5'x7' portraits are done by hand and wrapped in a clear cellophane sleeve. It takes me ~7 minuets to paint an individual and ~12 minuets to paint a couples portrait.
Phase 3
By the end of the night, guests are able to pick up their custom original watercolor portrait!
Pricing & Details
Process:
- Guest’s photos will be taken by me with my phone or they can airdrop a wedding photo to my iPad (must be a photo from the event).
- The idea is for guests to get their photo done, I add them to my queue of people to paint and grab their completed portrait at the end of the night!
- The portraits will not require anyone to model or stand in front of me to be completed. I will use a photo as a reference.
- As I complete portraits, they will placed in clear cellophane sleeves & displayed for guests to take home in front of me on the table. It is essential that I get photos in the beginning of my allotted time in order to complete the paintings. NO photos beyond my halfway point!
